DEO Recruitment from Superintendent of Police, Guwahati Assam
❦ Short Description (চুটি বিৱৰণ) = Applications are invited from eligible candidates for recruitment of the post of Data Entry Operator (DEO) for CCTNS under the Superintendent of Police, Hailakandi district, Assam purely on contractual basis as stated in the below noted table. Application must be submitted at the Police Reserve, Hailakandi in the Standard Form of application with their latest colored photographs (two copies) and self attested documents. The last date of submission of application is 15th December, 2022. No application will be received thereafter.
The recruitment will be purely on contractual basis with no provision of regularization.

✿ Total Vacancy - (মুঠ পদ) = 28 Number
✿ Educational Qualification - (শিক্ষাগত অৰ্হতা) =
(i) 12th Pass with Degee/Diploma in Computer Application from any reputed institute/organization recognized by AICTE, Govt. of India.
(ii) Proficiency of typing in Assamese and English.
(iii) Minimum typing speed of 30 (thirty) words per minute in Assamese & English on computer.
✿ Desirable Qualifications :-
(i) Persons working as DEO in a reputed Govt. Institution/Office/Organization etc. and having an experience of one or more years of working as DEO, Experience below one year period shall not be counted and would be treated as fresh candidate.
(ii) Persons already worked as Data Entry Operators (DEOs) of CCTNS will be given preference on production of proper documents.
✿ Remuneration (দৰমহা) =Remuneration is fixed for the DEO @ Rs. 20,000.00 (Rupees Twenty Thousand) only per month with 3% annual increment subject to satisfactory performance acceptable by CID, Assam. No annual increment shall be given to any DEO nor his tenure extended without receiving written confirmation from CID, Assam in this regard
✿ Age Limit - (বয়সৰ সময়সীমা) = Age limit as on 01.01.2022 should not be less than 18 years and should not be more than 40 years.
✒ How To Apply (কিদৰে আবেদন কৰিব) =
The candidates should submit his/her Bio-Data in Standard Form of Application published in the Assam Gazette Part-IX along with self-attested certificate/documents relating to qualification, experience, age, identity proof with 2 (two) recent passport size coloured photographs to the office of the Commissioner of Police, Guwahati-781001, addressing the Commissioner of Police, Guwahati between 10:00 AM of 30th November, 2022 to 5:00 PM of 15th December, 2022.
Preference will be given to : (i) who have already worked as DEO for CCTNS on production of proper documents. (ii) who have working experience as DEO in Govt. organization for more than 1 (one) year. (iii) Candidates of Kamrup (Metro) District.

✒ Application/Examination Fees (আবেদন মাচুল) = There will be NO application fee.
✒ Selection Process (নিৰ্বাচন প্ৰক্ৰিয়া) =
- The candidates for the above mentioned post will be selected on the basis of written test which may be online or offline containing multiple choice questions. The questions for the test shall be on basic Computer Skills/Appetite and General Knowledge (GK), total 60 Marks. As well as typing test and viva-voce will attend after qualifying the written test.
- On qualifying of the written examination, there will be one typing skill test followed by personal interview. Candidates must have a typing speed of 30 words p.m. both in English and Assamese. maximum of 30 marks for Typing test and 10 marks for the interview.
- Final selection merit list is based on the marks secured in Objective Test + Typing Test and interview. The same will be sent to CID HQ for onward submission.
✒ Written Test Syllabus (লিখিত পৰীক্ষাৰ পাঠ্যতালিকা) =
- Written Test will be held on 18th December, 2022.
- Declaration of final result on or before 30th December, 2022.
