Assam Direct Recruitment 2022 – Apply 26441 Grade III & Grade IV Posts
❦ Short Description (চুটি বিৱৰণ) = In exercise of powers conferred by The Assam Direct Recruitment Commission for Analogous Posts in Class-III and Class-IV Act, 2021 and the Assam Direct Recruitment for Class-III and Class-IV Analogous Posts Rules,2022, online applications are invited from intending eligible applicants, who are citizens of India having registration number in the employment exchange of the state of Assam, for filling up 13,300 tentative vacant posts of Class-IV under different departments/ establishments in Government of Assam in Pay Bands and Grade Pay as per ROP, 2017 along-with other allowances as admissible.

✒ Post Name - (পদৰ নাম) =Grade-IV or Class-IV
✿ Educational Qualification - (শিক্ষাগত অৰ্হতা) = The maximum educational qualification for Class-IV posts is HSSLC or class 12th or equivalent. Candidates having qualification higher than maximum qualification are not eligible to apply online.

Grade-III (Category-I)
✒ Post Name - (পদৰ নাম) = Accountant, Cashier, Junior Assistant, LDA, Stenographer, etc.

✿ Educational Qualification - (শিক্ষাগত অৰ্হতা) = Candidates who have passed Bachelor’s Degree with Computer Certificate/ Diploma of minimum 6 months duration can apply online for these posts.
Grade-III (Category-II)
✒ Post Name - (পদৰ নাম) = Field Assistant, Fieldman, Foreman, Section Assistant, Soil Conservation Field Worker Junior, Agriculture Extension Officer, etc.

✿ Educational Qualification - (শিক্ষাগত অৰ্হতা) = Candidates who have passed HSSLC or class 12th or equivalent can apply online for these posts. (For some posts, candidates should be class 12th passed from science stream.)
Grade-III (Category-III)
Name of Posts: Driver
✒ Post Name - (পদৰ নাম) = 1,120 Posts
✿ Educational Qualification - (শিক্ষাগত অৰ্হতা) = Candidates who have passed HSLC or equivalent can apply online for these posts.
✿ Age Limit - (বয়সৰ সময়সীমা) = The applicant shall not be less than 18 years or more than 40 years of age as on 01.01.2022.
The upper age limit is relaxable only as stipulated below: =
(a) 5 years for SC/ST candidates.
(b) 3 years for OBC/MOBC candidates.
(c) 2 years for Ex-Servicemen.
(d) 10 years for Persons with Disabilities candidates.
The age limit of the candidates will be calculated on the basis of the School/Matriculation/ HSLC Admit Card/ Certificate issued by a recognised Board/ Council/ schools/ or other Government document, as applicable and notified.
Documents to be uploaded:
i) Recent Passport Size Photograph.
ii) Scanned signature of the Candidate.
✒ Application/Examination Fees (আবেদন মাচুল) =
The candidates have to submit Application Fee online only as follows:
a. Rs. 200/- for UR and OBC/MOBC candidates
b. Rs. 150/- for SC, ST(P) and ST(H) candidates
The fee shall be deposited by way of online payment through Payment Gateways link provided in the portal. Non submission of applicable amount of fee in the authorized online mode will lead to rejection of Application.
✒ How To Apply (কিদৰে আবেদন কৰিব) =
i) Candidates are required to apply in prescribed form through www.assam.gov.in or www.sebaonline.org only.
ii) Applications shall be received only in online mode from the midnight of 11th April, 2022 to the midnight of 30th May, 2022.
iii) Instructions for filling up prescribed application form will be available in the official website www.sebaonline.org.
iv) Candidates must fill up all the fields in the online application which are marked mandatory.
v) Candidates should be cautious while submitting the application form. Once the online application is submitted, there will be no scope for editing / correction / resubmission.
vi) After submitting the application form, the candidate will get a unique number against their application. This unique number shall be used for all future references.
vii) The Commission will not be responsible for any lapse in submission of online application due to technical problems or otherwise.
viii) The Admit Card for attending the examination will be available for download from the website www.sebaonline.org.
ix) The date for the same shall be notified and published for information of all.
✒ Selection Process (নিৰ্বাচন প্ৰক্ৰিয়া) =
i) There shall be two parts of selection process- Written test and Interview.
ii) The scheme of examination shall be strictly as per the “Assam Direct Recruitment for Class-III and Class-IV Analogous Posts Rules, 2022”, as amended from time to time. Further, this scheme will be published at least one week before the conduct of written test.
iii) The selected candidate will have to bring all the original testimonials i.e. Certificate of proof of age, Caste Certificate (in case of reserved category candidates), Educational Qualification Certificates, Economically Weaker Section Certificate, Disability Certificate (in case of PWBD candidates) and Declaration in Form- “A” under Rule 5(l) of the Assam Public Services (Application of Small Family Norms in Direct Recruitment) Rules, 2019 for verification at the time to be notified later on, amongst others. An undertaking with regards to fulfilment of all eligibility criteria has to be uploaded in the portal. The Discharge certificate will be required in case of Ex-serviceman.
Other Terms & Condition –
i) Those candidates who are already in Government service should produce NOC (No Objection Certificate) from the respective HoDs (Heads of Departments) at the time of the interview.
ii) Canvassing directly or indirectly shall disqualify a candidate.
iii) No TA/DA will be admissible for attending the written test/ Interview.
iv) The preparation of merit list and the appointment shall be made strictly in adherence to the relevant provisions of the “Assam Direct Recruitment for Class-III and Class-IV Analogous Posts Rules, 2022”.
v) In case of contradiction between averments in this advertisement and The Assam Direct Recruitment Commission for Analogous Posts in Class-III and Class-IV Act, 2021 and the Assam Direct Recruitment for Class-III and Class-IV Analogous Posts Rules, 2022, the later shall prevail over.
vi) The Commission reserves the right to cancel/amend the entire/ part of the process of recruitment at any time, without assigning any reason thereof. However, communication to the effect shall be made, in public domain/ related website regarding the same.
