The Office of the Superintendent of Excise, Karbi Anglong (KAAC) has released an advertisement inviting applications from eligible candidates for recruitment of 02 Assistant Inspector of Excise and 05 Excise Constable.

Pay: Rs. 14,000-49,000/- + 6,200/- (GP)
✒(2) Post Name - (পদৰ নাম) = Excise Constable
No. of posts: 05
Pay: Rs. 14,000-49,000/- + 5,000/- (GP)
✿ Educational Qualification - (শিক্ষাগত অৰ্হতা) =
Assistant Inspector of Excise = HSSLC/ 10+2 passed from recognized Institute.
Excise Constable = HSLC/10th passed from recognized Institute.
✿ Age Limit - (বয়সৰ সময়সীমা) =
Candidate should not be less than 18 Years of age and not more than 38 years as on 01/01/2021.
Residency:
Candidates who are citizen of India as defined under Article 5 and 8 of the Constitution of India preferably of sixth schedule district of Assam.
✒ Selection Process (নিৰ্বাচন প্ৰক্ৰিয়া) =
The Eligible candidates for the post of AIE, EC for appearing Viva Voce Test about date time and venue will be intimated in local and the same list shall made available in the office of the Superintendent of Excise, Diphu in due time.
Scheme of Exam
Assistant Inspector of Excise = Written test:
G.K. & General English: 100 Marks
Viva Voce: 50 Marks
Excise Constable = Physical Test
Physical Fitness: 70 Marks
Oral Marks: 30 Marks

HOW TO APPLY
Interest and eligible candidates may apply in the prescribed Standard Form Part-IX of the Assam Gazette along with self-attested photocopies of all testimonials and two copies of recent passport size photograph duly signed by him/her self.
Application should be addressed to The Superintendent of Excise, Diphu, Karbi Anglong and should be submitted at the office of the Superintendent of Excise on or before 25-11-2021 upto 4:00 pm.
The candidates should submit a self-address stamped Envelope along with their application.
KAAC Revenue Receipt of Rs. 20.00 (Rupees: Twenty) only in case of General Category candidates and Rs. 10.00 (Rupees: Ten) only in case of SC/ST candidates must be enclosed along with application.
