Total Vacancy - (মুঠ পদ) = 8 [UR: 1, SC: 1, STP: 2, STH: 2, OBC: 2]
Educational Qualification - (শিক্ষাগত অৰ্হতা) =
(i) Graduate in any discipline.
(ii) 6 (six) months Diploma/Certificate in Computer proficiency from a recognized institute. They must have working knowledge of Office productivity software tools such as Word Processor, Spread Sheet, PowerPoint, Concept of Database, internet and email etc.
(iii) Candidate should be well versed in state official language.
Age Limit - (বয়সৰ সময়সীমা) = The candidate should not be less than 18 years and more than 40 years of age as on 01.01.2020. The upper age limit is relaxable as follows:-
(a) 5 years for SC/ST candidates.
(b) 3 years for OBC/MOBC candidates.
(c) For ex-Serviceman Category up to 42 years.
(d) For candidates person With disabilities category up to 50 years.
The age limit of the candidates will be calculated on the basis of the Matriculation/ HSLC Admit Card/Certificate issued by a recognized Board/Council. No other document shall be accepted in lieu thereof for the purpose.
Selection Process (নিৰ্বাচন প্ৰক্ৰিয়া) =
The selection process of DC Bongaigaon Recruitment 2020 consists of two phases .
Phase-I: The candidates whose applications are accepted will be required to appear in an objective type written test to be held in the District Head Quarter at Bongaigaon on a date to be notified later on. The syllabus of the objective type written test will be as follows:-
(i) General English including General Knowledge and Quantitative Aptitude: 150 marks
(ii) Knowledge of Computer (Theory): 50 marks
(iii) Language skill Test in Assamese/English: 50 marks
(iv) Computer proficiency test (Practical): 50 marks
Phase-II: Against each vacancy, 4 (four) candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of the marks obtained in the written test. After the written test, the shortlisted candidates will have to appear in a Computer (Practical) Test and schedule will be intimated accordingly.
On the day of Practical Test, Candidates will have to bring all the original testimonials i.e. age proof certificate, caste certificate, Educational Qualification Certificate, Computer proficiency Certificate for document verification.
