Applications are hereby invited in the Standard Form Part IX of Assam Gazette along with other testimonials from the intending candidates tor filling up 7 (seven) vacant posts of Peon (grade-lV) in the office of the undersigned and office of the S.D.J.M.(M),Gohpur under the establishment of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sonitpur. Tezpur in the Pay Band and grade Pay with other allowances as admissible under Rules as shown below:-(1) Post Name - (পদৰ নাম) = Office Peon
No of posts: 1 [OBC, Reserved for women only]
(2) Post Name - (পদৰ নাম) = Court Attached Peon
No of posts: 1 [UR, Reserved for women only]
(3) Post Name - (পদৰ নাম) = Peon (Attached Peon)
No of posts: 5 [UR: 3, OBC/ MOBC: 1, STP: 1]
Salary - (দৰমহা) = (PB- 1) Rs. 12000-52000/- + G.P. Rs. 1900/-
Educational Qualification - (শিক্ষাগত অৰ্হতা) = Class VIII passed and upto Class-X passed.
Candidates must have passed Class VIII, but Candidates who have passed HSSLC or above shall be ineligible to apply for the aforesaid post.
Age Limit - (বয়সৰ সময়সীমা) = 18-38 years of age as on 01.01.2020 The upper age is relaxable as per Govt. norm.
Selection procedure: Oral interview OR VIVA VOCE
Interview Venue : Tezpur (Date & Venue will be notified in the official website and through SMS)
How To Apply (কিদৰে আবেদন কৰিব) =
The application with self-attested copies of all testimonials regarding Educational Qualification, Age, caste, Valid Employment Exchange registration Card, along with 3 (three) copies of recent passport size photographs duly signed by the candidate on the reverse side should reach the office of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sonitpur.
The applicant should mention their Mobile Numbers in the application without fail.
The last date of receipt of application form is 16/06/2020 up to 5 pm.
The applicants shall submit their application in a drop box made available for the same in front of the office of the Chief Judicial magistrate , Sonitpur or they may submit through ordinary postal service.
