Applications are invited in standard form from the intending candidates forfilling up one UDA, one LDA and one contractual basis Gd. lV post of peon in the estibtishment of District Legal Services Authority, Charaideo at Sonari in the pay scale and grade pay with other allowances under the rules mentioned below :

Detailed Vacancy -
(1) Post Name - (পদৰ নাম) = Upper Division Assistant (UDA)
Total Number of Posts - (মুঠ পদ) = 1 (UR)
Educational Qualification - (শিক্ষাগত অৰ্হতা) =
Candidates must be a graduate and have rendered continuous service as Lower Division Assistant (LDA) in a Government Department of Assam including Judicial Department for at least 05 (Five) years.
Candidates must submit his/her application in Standard Form as published in Assam Gazette in Part-lX through proper channel by enclosing certificate issued by concerned employer along with all testirnonials inclusive of NOC from the present employer and other relevant documents.
Candidate will be selected 1ller-rgh Oral lnterview/ Viva-voce
Experience - (অভি়জ্ঞতা) = 5 years as LDA
Salary - (দৰমহা) = PB Rs.14000-49000/- GP 8000 + other allowances
Age Limit - (বয়সৰ সময়সীমা) = Candidates must not be above 45 years as on 01,01.2019
(2) Post Name - (পদৰ নাম) = Lower Division Assistant (LDA)
Total Number of Posts - (মুঠ পদ) = 1 (UR)
Educational Qualification - (শিক্ষাগত অৰ্হতা) =
The minimum educational qualification required is graduate in any discipline from any Govt. recognized University.
Salary - (দৰমহা) = PB Rs.14000-49000/- GP Rs.6200/- other allowances
Age Limit - (বয়সৰ সময়সীমা) = Candidates must not be below 2l years and above 44 years as on 01,01 2019
Other Condition -
preference shall be given to the candidates for the post of LDA having knowledge in computer application.
Selection process will be through written exam followed by viva-voce.
Candidates selected for calling to viva-voce will have to pass written tes[ in the form of multiple choice question comprising of 100 Marks.
(3) Post Name - (পদৰ নাম) = Peon
Total Number of Posts - (মুঠ পদ) = 1 (UR)
Educational Qualification - (শিক্ষাগত অৰ্হতা) = The minimum educational qualification required is Class Vlll passed and maximum is Class Xl passed,
Experience - (অভি়জ্ঞতা)
Salary - (দৰমহা) = Fixed pay of Rs. 9000/- per month.
Age Limit - (বয়সৰ সময়সীমা) = Candidates must not be below 18 years and above 44 years as on 01.01.2019
Other Condition -
Candidates must have registered their names in the Employment Exchange and the valid Registration number as on the date of application must be mentioned in their application.
Selection process will be through written test followed by viva-voce for the top 10 performers in written examination.
Candidates for viva-voce will be selected through written test which will be conducted in the form of multiple choice question comprising of 50 marks in the ratio of 1:10.

General terms and conditions:
I. The candidates for all the above mentioned posts must be an lndian Citizen as defined in Article 5 to B of the lndian Constitution of lndia.
2. Tlre application should accompany self attested copies of all documents in support of education, age and other qualifications and four (4) copies of duly signed recent pass port size photographs.
3. One self addressed envelope of 5 X11 cm. affixing postal stamp of Rs. 10/- (ten) only is to be enclosed with the application for dispatching Admit Card.
4. lncomplete applications will be rejected without assigning any reason.
5. Duly filled up applications along with self attested testimonials should reach the undersigned on or before 31.10.2019 by 4.30 PM at the office drop box.
6. Applications shall be received by post or may be submitted in office drop box at Charaideo Court Complex or at Sivasagar DistrictJudge court Complex.
7. No application will be entertained after the scheduled time. Authority is not responsible for any kind of postal delay.
8. No TA and DA will be admissible to the candidates for participating in the lnterview.
9. Canvassing directly or indirectly shall disqualify a candidate.
