Written test for the posts of Grade-III (Non-

Technical) and Grade-IV posts under the

establishment of Assam Hills Medical College

& Research Institute, Diphu

This is for general information of all the candidates who applied for various Grade-III (Non-Technical) and Grade-IV posts against the advertisement No.Janasanyog/D/1937/19, Dated 02.07.2019 and No. Janasanyog/D/1809/19, Dated 29.06.2019, that the written test shall be held on 26.10.2019 (Saturday) in different centers at Karbi Anglong except the post of Accountant, Cashier and Statistician (which will be held in later date and shall be notified accordingly) and also except the post of Sweeper/Cleaner (Which is kept in abeyance). The Call Letters (Admit Card) shall be available at the office website of Directorate of Medical Education Assam, i.e. www.dme.assam.gov.in from 22.10.2019 onwards.

The candidates are requested to download and Print their Call Letters (Admit Card) from the website www.dme.assam.gov.in from 22.10.2019 onwards. It is mandatory to bring the print out of the Admit Card to the Examination Hall for appearing in the Examination. It is to be mentioned here that no Call Letter shall be sent to candidates by post individually.
