Educational Qualification - (শিক্ষাগত অৰ্হতা) = 5 years recognized Diploma in Painting or Drawing or Sculpture or Graphic Arts from a recognized University
OR
Must have done Graduate Degree in Arts and Craft subject Teacher Training Certificate.
