Application are invited form Citizen of India for filling up 1 (one) post of Process Server (Jarikarak) and 2 (two) posts of Peon (attached to District and Sessions Judge, Tinsukia) under the establishment of District and Sessions Judge, Tinsukia.

Educational Qualification - (শিক্ষাগত অৰ্হতা) =
Minimum Educational Qualification - VIII passed
Preferred Educational Qualification - HS passed
Salary - (দৰমহা) = Rs. 14,000- 49000+ G.P. Rs. 5200/-
Age Limit - (বয়সৰ সময়সীমা) = 18 years to 38 years of age.

Total Number of Posts - (মুঠ পদ) = 2 post (ST)
Educational Qualification - (শিক্ষাগত অৰ্হতা) =
Minimum Educational Qualification - VIII passed
Preferred Educational Qualification - HSLC passed
Salary - (দৰমহা) = Rs. 13,000- 37,500+ G.P. Rs. 5200/-
Age Limit - (বয়সৰ সময়সীমা) = 18 years to 38 years of age.

How To Apply (কিদৰে আবেদন কৰিব) =
1. Candidates must be an Indian Citizen defined in Articles 5 to B of the Constitution of India.
2.The applicants must submit their applications in the Standard form of application published in the Assam Gazette Part IX with self attested photocopy of caste certificate (if any), Educational ceftificate, Employment Exchange certificate and three (3) copies of recent passport size photographs.
3. Candidates must have registered their names in the Employment Exchange and Registration Numbers along with the date must be mentioned in their application.
4. Candidates serving in govt. Depaftment should submit their application through proper channel.
5. Candidates possessing qualification above HSSLC are deemed ineligible for the said posts.
6. Candidates must be not less than 18 years or more than 38 years of age on 01-09-2019.The upper age can be relaxed as per the Govt. norms.
7. The last date of receipt of application is 30-09-2019 (Wednesday) during office hours. No application will be entertained after the last date.
8. One self- addressed envelope of 5 cm x 10cm affixing postal stamp of Rs. 5/- (five) is to be enclosed with the application along with the mobile number.
9. Examination Centre: Tinsukia (Date & Venue will be informed in the official website).
10. The list of eligible candidates along with date & venue of interview shall be uploaded in the official website of Tinsukia District Judiciary in the due course. (www.tinsukiaiudiciary.gov.in). Applicants are requested to refer to the official website.
11. Application received late or without proper supporting documents or without passport size photograph or unsigned or incomplete will be summarily rejected.
12. Experience in the relevant filled will be counted.
13. The admission of candidates at all stages of the selection process will be purely provisional and subject to their satisfying the prescribed eligibility conditions by way of furnishing documentary evidence in support thereof. If on verification at any time before or after the selection process, it is found that a candidate does not fulfill any of the eligibility conditions his/her candidature shall stand rejected, without any information to
him/her with immediate effect. Mere calling of candidates to the written test/Interview does not necessary mean acceptance of candidature.
14. The office of the undersigned reserves the right to cancel the advertisement, alter any terms and conditions of the advertisement at any stage.
15. Canvassing directly or indirectly shall disqualiflT a candidate.
16. No TA/DA will be admissible to the candidates for attending the recruitment process.
