In pursuance of Govt. letter No.GAG(B).259/2016/199 Dtd 07.09.2018 & No. GAG(B).259/2016/Pt-1/6 Dtd. 25.07.2019. applications are invited from the Indian citizen domiciled in the State of Assam in Standard Form in Assam Gazette in Part IX for recruitment of vacant Jarikarak (Gr-IV) Post in the Scale pay of PB-I = 12000-37500, Gd. Pay- 4400/- plus other allowances.

Job Location – (চাকৰিৰ ঠাই) = Lakhimpur DC Office.

Last Date of Apply - (আবেদনৰ শেষ তাৰিখ) =
21.08.2019. The application sent either by the post or submitted by hand shall have to reach the office of the undersigned within the last date. Any application received after the last date shall be summarily rejected.

Total Number of Posts – (মুঠ পদ) = 05 (Five) nos.
Educational Qualification – (শিক্ষাগত অৰ্হতা) = Read up-to class VIll.
Age Limit – (বয়স) = The Candidate should not be less than 18 years and more than 43 years of age on 1st January, 2019. The upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years for SC and ST candidates.
Monthly Salary – (মাহিলি দৰমহা) = PB-I = 12000-37500, Gd. Pay- 4400/- plus other allowances.

How To Apply - (আবেদন কিদৰে কৰিব) =
Application in Standard Form together with self-attested copies of all testimonials such as Certificate of Educational Qualification, Age proof Certificates. Caste Certificate. Income & Asset Certificate in Annexure- I shall have to be produced by the candidates
identified as Economically Weaker Section (EWS), valid Employment exchange card etc. may be submitted or delivered in the Office of the Deputy Commissioner, Lakhimpur during the office hours on working days. The candidates must write name of the post applied for on the envelope “Application for the post of Jarikarak”. Candidates shall have to submitted 3(three) copies of recent passport size Photograph. out of which 1 (one) copy shall have to be pasted (Not stapled) on the right top comer of the Application form
Mode of Selection (নিৰ্বাচন প্ৰক্ৰিয়া) =
Selection procedure:- Candidates, whose applications are accepted as per eligibility criteria, will be required to appear in a written examination. The written examination will be of 100 marks for 03.00 hours duration and the selection will be strictly on merit basis.
The syllabus of Written Examination:-
1. General Knowledge :- 50 marks.
2. General English :- 10 marks.
3. Language skill in Assamese :- 40 marks
Date and Venue of written examination:-
The date and venue of written examination will be intimated in the call letter and also will be notified through the district website http://lakhimpur.nic.in.
Important Note:-
(1) No application fees shall be paid by the candidates
(2) Incomplete application will be summarily rejected.
(3) No TA/DA is admissible for appearing in the written test.
(4) Canvassing directly or indirectly shall disqualify the candidature.
