Advertisement No.JCFTI.48/99/199 In continuation of the Advertisement No.Janasanyog/D/9192/18 published in various newspapers on 8th February, 2019, this is to inform all concerned that it is decided to readvertise for the following – 3 [three] posts and applications are invited from Indian citizens in the prescribed form of applications as published in Assam Gazette -IX for filling up of the vacant posts as mentioned below under Dr. Bhupen Hazarika Regional Government Film and Television Institute, Sila, Changsari, Guwahati-781101, Assam.
Candidates have to enclose with their applications with the following
i) self-attested good quality photocopy of their mark sheets & certificates of required qualifications and other testimonials and
ii)valid experience certificate/if necessary. Candidates who have applied earlier for the following three [3] posts, they have to apply again.
Last date of receipt of application:
Application along with self-attested photo copies of certificates, Mark Sheets, other testimonials and 2 (two) copies of recent passport size photographs in support of the candidates must reach the office of the undersigned on or before 09.08.2019 by 5.00 pm during office hours. Departmental candidate may apply through proper channel. Candidate has to possess valid employment registration number of Assam
Age Limit :
The age limits have been fixed a minimum 18 years and maximum 38 years as on 01.01.2019. The upper age limit is relaxable up to 5 years in case of SC/STP/ST(H) candidates as per Govt. OM.ABP06/2016/08 dated 18-04-2018 and 3 years in case of OBC/MOBC candidates as per Govt. OM.ABP.6/2016/9 dated 25th April-2018. There shall be no change on any relaxation of educational or other qualification of existing service conditions such as year or age of retirement etc. This relaxation shall be applicable only to those candidates who have attained the necessary educational or other qualifications prior to crossing of their existing upper age limit of 38 years.

Submissin of application form after specified date and time will not be entertained. Candidates should also furnish 1 (One) self-addressed envelope of size (28 cm x 13cm) affixing thereupon a postage stamp of Rs. 5 (Five) along with the application.
Govt. Servant who joined the state Govt. service on or after 1st February 2005 shall not be governed by the, existing Assam Service (Pension) Rules 1969 and order issued there under from time to time. So far as their pension and other retirement benefits are concerned, they will be governed by the new Set of Pension rules which have been formulated vide No. BW.7/2008/ Pt./40 dated 06/10/2009.
Incomplete application. defective applications, applications without supportive mark sheets or certificates and applications submitted/received after the scheduled date will be rejected without any intimation to the applicant.
Applicants are advised to keep track of the website and newspaper for any updates.
Canvassing directly or indirectly will be liable for disqualification. Candidates of above posts will have to appear in the written tests and proficiency test as and when called for. No TA/DA will be borne by the Govt. for the purpose.
